I build goals, but I fail.

I completed my goals, but I fail.

I do anything, I fail.

Read Complete Dopamin Detox Book and now it’s time to implement.

  1. Remove Distractions
  2. Focus on one thing at a time and do it for 45 mins continuously. then take a break
  3. build a TO DO List on paper

That’s it I have to follow these 3 things (which I liked most in that book so I chose them).
