we sleep 8 hrs max.
your bath/ washroom/ grooming time is 2 hrs max.
3 hrs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
college/ office time 10hrs max

now Total time = 8+ 2+ 3+ 9
= 22
then also you have 2 hr minimum to spend on yourself.

now these 2 hrs are just for you
waste it by scrolling
or use it by downloading (new learnings)
